Dr. Dale

Dr. Dale Andelkovic became a chiropractor because of his passion for helping others live healthier lives. He graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and has since undergone extensive postgraduate training.  He is certified with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to work with pregnant mothers, babies and children of all ages. He is also trained in a variety of gentle techniques that allow him to give anyone a safe and effective adjustment.   Dr. Dale has built one of the leading family wellness centers in the community which is active in international chiropractic research.  He works closely with other holistic health care providers including MD’s, midwives, and acupuncturists.   He is also a proud father of his infant son who was born at home and has been adjusted since birth. He is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle with his family and empowering others to do the same.

Dr. Palmer

Dr. Palmer Dr. Palmer is a holistic wellness chiropractor investing his life to fulfill his passion to bring health and wellness to this community – from babies to grandparents. He holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and a Bachelors in Kinesiology from Cal Baptist University, as well as an International Chiropractic Pediatric Association Certificate specializing in treating babies and pregnant woman. Dr. Palmer and his wife along with their son strive to live a natural and healthy lifestyle, knowing that the body is self-healing and supporting the body as it naturally heals and restores without drugs or invasive procedures. He is committed to each and every person, treating you as an individual through personalized and gentle care. It is his goal that you become as healthy as possible.

Office Manager

Hello, I’m Lara Carlos. I am the Office Manager of Active Life Chiropractic and The Wellness Loft. The most rewarding thing about my job is seeing the amazing changes that happen within individuals and families. I love being part of “The Wellness Revolution” and seeing the next generation of children grow up happy, health and drug free.  I am a proud mommy and wife. My husband and I enjoy raising our three beautiful children together ages 5, 4 and 2.  My third child was born at home with the help of my amazing midwife. We enjoy seeing the benefits of living a holistic lifestyle, especially in our children. My deep passion for community led me to co-found The Barefoot Mamas’ Network, where holistic mamas can connect with each other.  I recently helped start a Waldorf study group in Redlands and   I am also the founder of Birthing Barefoot Holistic Childbirth Education, which help couples prepare mentally, physically and spiritually for the birth journey. 

My name is Wendy. My love of massage began when I was very young and was cultivated by my aunt, also a       massage therapist.     After high school I was searching for something that I would be happy doing. After some college I realized being a massage practitioner would truly make me happy. I finished school in 2001 and began working at a nearby spa. I later moved on to Yucaipa and worked with a chiropractor. I enjoyed the work in my new office. I helped patients with varying health concerns and liked the challenge. I moved to Arizona and worked with another chiropractor.      After five years in the desert I am back in the Inland Empire and happy to be working at Active Life Chiropractic. I am excited to get to know the family of practitioners and patients here. I look to the future and plan on attending the Loma Linda school of Physical       Therapy. I enjoy working with people that suffer from chronic and acute health problems. Planning, executing, and achieving a path to wellness is both fulfilling and rewarding.
