What is a Secondary Condition?

Secondary conditions, or symptoms, arise at some point when there is a primary structural shift. The secondary condition can be caused directly by the stress of poor structural stability, or because of how the structure of the spine can obstruct the nerves as they exit the spine. Some of the secondary conditions that arise from a Structural Shift are:

  • Back and Neck Pain
  • Headaches
  • Sciatica
  • Numbness
  • Stiffness/Tightness
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Insomnia
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Anxiety
  • Digestive Problems
  • Joint pains


In Children:

  • Colic
  • Reflux
  • Growing Pains
  • Ear Infections
  • ADD/ADHD
  • Torticollis
  • Nursing or Sleeping Difficulties
